Sociotechnical Systems OÜ is private research and development institution. Research directions involve: Software engineering, RFID technologies; Hybrid and distributed simulation technologies; Sustainability modelling; Virtual and Augmented reality fundamentals.

It is very important to forecast the impact of the political decisions and technical solutions to ensure successful crafting. The staff of Sociotechnical Systems OÜ has a strong background in different aspects of software design, electronics, simulation and social factors assessment which was approved in different international FP7/H2020 research projects towards that aim. The associates participated in projects related with the Future Internet ideology and also distributed policy simulators design. Ongoing project FLAG-ERA FuturICT 2.0 is challenging: interoperability of modern ICTE and society.
